An evening of surprises! This special event marks the closing of the Goethe Institut’s remarkable exhibition dedicated to the work of artists and filmmakers Michael Snow and Heinz Emigholz.

Snow / Emigholz exhibition finissage at 5 PM
Special Presentations by Michael Snow & Carl Brown 6 PM

Following a finissage reception and the presentation of short works by Carl Brown and Michael Snow, the evening’s highlight will be the world premiere of a brand new dual-projection film by Snow and Brown. Each of the artists has worked to a specific duration, but is otherwise unaware of any details about the other’s film. So: an experimental film in the true sense of the word! The evening closes with a discussion between Brown and Snow, moderated by co-curator Bart Testa.
