In this year's seven LIVE IMAGES programs break down the boundaries between cinema, sound, performance, music and installation. The artists represented in the LIVE IMAGES section of the 2009 Images Festival all present a different take on what "live" means within the context of media art -- from 16mm projection-based expanded cinema works, to performance driven projects that incorporate video and digital media.
