Images Festival Thanks Aily Nash and Faraz Anoushahpour
Images Festival thanks Head of Programming Aily Nash and Programmer Faraz Anoushahpour for their outstanding work on the 2018 Festival, and wish them all the best in their future pursuits. We wish Aily all the best as she continues her work as co-curator of the Projections section of the New York Film Festival, and as program advisor to International Film Festival Rotterdam\'s Shorts section. We thank Faraz for his tremendous dedication to five editions of the festival. During his term with us, Faraz took on many roles. His commitment to Images\' artistic direction, as well as incredibly versatile skills, led him to take lead as Programmer for this past festival.
Opportunities: Artistic Director and Programming Coordinator
North America’s largest exhibitor of independent and experimental moving image culture is currently seeking an Artistic Director and Programming Coordinator. The persons in this position will work in a collaborative environment to plan and execute a successful 2019 festival involving multiple exhibition sites and events, and public, corporate and community partners.

Images Festival is excited to announce the 2018 programming highlights that will be presented as part of the 31st edition, from April 12 - 20, 2018 across Toronto. Focusing on local, national, and international contemporary moving image culture, Images Festival continues to present experimental projects across cinematic, exhibition, and live platforms.
